Terrible. Had the worst closing experience with them. Both the Holland Title company agent, Amber Andrews, and the seller’s agent, Solomon Oppong Antwi, made our first purchase unnecessarily difficult. Both were extremely bad with communication and worked without urgency. There were unpaid payments on the property that were only disclosed a day before the closing date, pushing our closing date a full week out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the sale of my clients home. There were a few last minute issues that arose (at no fault of title) and the escrow officer handled it like a pro and we closed without delay! Most people don’t realize how much behind the scenes work that title does and this company can do it all!!
