Yesterday I received the abstracts for 2 properties that were researched by this company. The abstracts were completed nearly a year ago and my attorney has had them in the meantime. I have concerns about information contained in the abstracts that reference people with names similar to ours but who are neither known to or related to our family or our property. I would absolutely not use this company that outsources to Stewart Title. You might as well close with Stewart Title to whom has a better reputation. I closed on my home Dec 2019. The pandemic began to close businesses March 21, 2020. I had to pursue them for my title abstract. Now, guess when I received it? February 12, 2021. This is a slothful business and I would not entertain them at all. There are better small companies and or franchise title companies that can do circles around them.
