So frustrating to deal with. Never responds to phone calls or to faxes in a timely manner. It takes days to hear back from them, if they actually ever do respond. If we could transfer my daughter to another family dr, we would. But there are so few family doctors accepting patients, and she needs her medication… they never write repeats on a medication that is meant to be on continuously, forcing us to reach out every single time her prescription runs out.
