Great Team! I began bringing my car to them 2 decades ago...now our family of 6 brings 6 cars to them as needed. Always courteous, professional, knowledgable and friendly but the thing I appreciate most is their proactivity. They do not wait for a small issue to become a large one. Great service and communication. Went in for a timing belt. Accurate and fair estimate and Didn't replace parts that were still good good. Car runs like new.
We went here to have an exhaust connection welded back on. We got the car back and the weld was dirty and splotched all over our exhaust. We called and they asked us to bring it back in - but when we picked it up they had just spray painted the exhaust black to hide the sloppy job. Disappointing.
I ran into an unexpected problem with my rear brakes on my Audi at home. I never used Holland Imports before but I gave them a call, as I needed an Audi expert in Holland asap. They got me in right away and had the issue repaired within 4 hrs. They saved me a lot of money by fixing the caliper vs. a new caliper would have been over $500. I was very very impressed! Thanks guys!!
