Liz and Chris did a great job of choosing and teaching me excersizes to help with my back pain. I had done some of the stretches before but wasn't isolating the right muscles. A few tweaks in form made a huge difference. They both were knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.
