Dr. Beauregard office visit was good. The physical therapy part was horrific. No appointment reminder, inaccurate directions from hospital sources, No verbal OR written information provided regarding location or time of appointment. Arrived at appointment on time and were told by 2 employees (volunteers?) that the PT office was in a different location and sent on a wild goose chase to a location across town. I tested positive for covid the night before my appt their office was closed by then and called the morning to cancel explained and they put a $50 no show. The lady said she would take care of the fee but never did. I did talk to a person so why did they do a no call. I have a lot if illness in my family and have proof on everything! Just not cool these people will not work with you. I will be switching to a much better place. I do not recommend this place!

Mrs P. Dwyer: Dr NIES is absolutely the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring neurologist I have ever had. I am a senior who has lived in other states and, not one neurologist has the skills she has.

I saw Dr Nies for Botox injections for migraines. She was on time and addressed any concerns. Her office staff was polite and caring.
