Incompetent lab staff. Apparently they don't know how to use telephones here. Mri machine is down since 6am they dont notify patients just let them stack up in the waiting room and tell them they have no idea if or when the machine will get fixed. Dont ask to reschedule, they'll just tell you to call someone else. Incompetent and uncaring.
Always thought I had bad veins but it's almost like she could hear the vein smooth as can be with it, if you go here ask for Prit! She needs a raise <3 100/10 🫡
Not a fan of getting labs drawn but Vatsana the lab tech is so kind, quick and reassuring!
