Great staff. Very friendly staff and good at what they do.
Had blood drawn on Monday 8/24 picture is Saturday 8/29. The male phlebotomist put the needle in and pulled it out 5 times before he finally drew blood. I leave this lab with 2 week dark bruises every time.
I have been going here for all my bloodwork the last several years. Convenient hours (can go before work) and quick, friendly staff- I'm always in and out in less than 15 minutes.
I think this place may be understaffed, but there's no excuse to make people with appointments wait so long. My dad had appointment and we've been here for almost an hour. I'm sorry but if you're giving people appointments, they should be taken before walk ins. If you can get a lab from any other location, I would recommend it
