Excellent (and fast) service! Their hours are unfortunately not as listed online, as they are only open until 2:30 and not 4. I came just before 2:30 not realizing, and they were still extremely kind and super quick. If you guys see this review, thanks so much for doing my labs! I'm so sorry I came in so late to close, your hours online say you're open until 4 :(

I’ve had lab tests and physical therapy here so far, and the facility and staff have been great. It’s a fast location for getting blood tests, and the PT staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a great addition to the Saugatuck area, and makes for much easier medical services.

Everyone was professional and did their job as expected. I was here today with my elderly mother and things ran as expected. My son was here within the last week and we had a discussion about professionalism and tolerance after his visit. He said everything was handled professionally and did not have anything negative to say. I do have to add the building is fantastic and quite an upgrade to the old building down the street.

Normally I would give 5 stars but this time I can't, This is a fine establishment, and the lab tech was able to draw blood without me feeling pain, truly great at her job. However, the front desk receptionist was a man dressed as a woman, while I say to each their own, this is a professional establishment, and should be treated as such, Dress according to your job, not your personal life. I will choose one of Holland Hospital's many other locations from now on....
