Had the best experience delivering my baby here. The only reason why i’m giving 4 stars is due to the way the nurse after delivery treated me. She was very forceful with the introduction with feedings and would gossip about other patients to me at 1,2,3,4 o’clock in the morning after my delivery. Everything else was perfect.
Refusing VBAC, especially in cases where a patient has already had multiple successful VBACs following an emergency C-section done to save the baby, not due to maternal inability, is extremely disappointing. Encouraging repeat surgical births for liability protection rather than medical necessity is troubling.
I was very scared going into labor, but the staff here were incredibly caring, calm, and professional. Even when I had a few complications, they made me feel safe and at ease the whole time. I’m so grateful for their kindness and skill—my birth experience was amazing because of them. Highly recommend!
This is such a wonderful birthing center! I went into labor while camping and was from another state! Dr. Palmer delivered my baby girl and was wonderful! The nurses were so kind and helpful during my labor and postpartum! 100 percent recommend giving birth at Holland Hospital! Such a great experience!
