Glad to see others had good service. Recommended from a friend but my experience was quite the opposite - sales team aggressive but very poor follow up. Culture seems to be (based on comments from two individuals) that client has to work to their schedule and after 4 weeks of follow up to 2 week initial estimate eventually gave up and cancelled to book with Shack Shine who gave us 2 options within 1 week window. I share this for the company to look internally and fix gaps in their customer service.
Asked Holland for some pressure washing on our back deck. They, Andrew, came out and did a great job in getting all the moss and grime off and making the place look like new. Thanks again!
We returned from a holiday to find our gutter pipe lying in the garden on it's side. As we did not have a ladder long enough, we called Holland Home Services for help. Todd came out promptly, evaluated the damage and gave us a cost for repairs which he performed on the spot. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend.
I’ve used them in the past and had no issues. Different scenario recently. Had to literally hunt down for an estimate and a date for the service I was looking for. The process of trying to get an estimate, and date for the service went on for approximately ten days. I have decided to move on even though they (different person from the original) finally did call back to set up a date to do the windows. Job was well done and the technician was pleasant.
