PLEASE READ. I haven't had a use or need to buy one of their lifts. This isn't about that. I live next door to the Coach House on Route 5 in Stafford which they also own along with the field behind us that has been flooding our property for years. I made numerous attempts and left messages for them to work this out with us. They have not returned my calls or attempted to meet with us. I bought a Genie Z34 a few years ago and have needed some help along the way. I have found communication to be A+ dealing with this company. Even the owner himself is extremely responsive & his appointed staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to help me throughout the years w both remote service and parts. I highly recommend buying from this company. The lifts are very technical and you will need help after the sale, so this is a good consideration when buying. Good job guys!
