Gotta love people like Aaron below. Wonders why he was hung up on? A person is willing to help on a Sunday ( Notice hours of operation) and when running person is behind he is told " Maybe you took on more than you can handle" No one needs a customer like that.

As owner of Holland Heating and Cooling i have been doing business for 40 years. Word of mouth satisfying customers and saving lives and amazed at how this service puts the comments of 2 pushy , entitled persons negative comments on this Forum. They say how calmly they spoke. B.S . They were rude and i do not deal with that . Nor should you . THANK YOU

Avoid using this company! Horrible customer service and did not show for service. Said I was rude when I tried to remind him of appointment. I was honestly still hoping he could help me and very upset by service.

I called this number on a Saturday and spoke to a friendly prossesional man about my AC breaking down. He gave me my estimate and told me that he was taking that Saturday off work and that he could be at my place on Sunday at 10. I was happy to hear he was willing to come in on a Sunday and agreed. Sunday came around and by 10:30 I did not hear from him so I called him. He told me he was running a little late but that he would be here within an hour. This company I have used for all my HVAC needs for over 8 years. Yesterday we woke up and it was 50 degrees in the house. Tech came out same day and fixed the problem and clean and adjusted everything as needed. Very Happy with Service
