I just had an exceptional customer service exchange when I called Holland foot and ankle on Zeeland. I had just had a poor experience at Holland foot and ankle in South Haven, And explained I would not return there. The customer service rockstar I talked to apologized for a poor situation, even though she was not at fault. She scheduled a new appointment for me, well-being, efficient, and friendly. I’m super impressed with Holland Foot And Ankle. First started seeing them more than a year ago and worked with Dr. Van Till on some conservative injections. Finally, while those were effective, they were short-lived. Recently had surgery for both a Morton’s neuroma and plantar fasciitis. While I’m still recovering - the progress has been amazing. The process and recovery has been exactly as described going in to it. The whole staff has been amazingly caring, professional and supportive. Highly recommended.

I see Dr. Matthew Lappenga at this location and he has been very kind and professional during my visits. Every time I have an appointment, the staff is all welcoming and I have not had to wait any longer than a couple of minutes to see my doctor.
