The food is great. The counter people are always smiling and the price is right.
I love Holland Farms, specifically their white mountain rolls and deli turkey/cheese, tuna mac, and tomato pie. However, never in my 35 years of coming here have I ever experienced being ignored at the deli counter for over 5 minutes, while 4 young employees walked around in the back AND LOOKED AT ME - MULTIPLE TIMES. All young girls who apparently have zero customer service skills or training. There were very few people in the store at the time as well and they were at the bakery counter.
