In a life or death situation, I’d rather take my chances and drive to another, further away hospital than go to Holland Hospital. I have been going round and round with them for a year and a half because they keep billing me saying I owe them hundreds of dollars when in reality they just don’t know how to bill insurance correctly. It’s ridiculous. They’re vultures who will come after you and turn you over to collections for money they say they’re owed but did not get paid due to their own negligence
RecommendedExcellent, compassionate, smart, hard working Hospitalists, nurses, PCA’s, and other staff.
Impressed with Holland Hospital’s security measures/checkpoints/sanitizing stations in response to the pandemic. Other than the great staff and my husband, I only saw two people in a waiting room area and one in recovery during my time there. Holland Hospital is definitely doing their part to flatten the curve. Thankful for all your dedicated staff, especially during these trying times.
I don't have words to describe our birthing experience at Holland Hospital. We're bringing our son home soon, and we have only positive things to say. The staff are incredible and kind people, and I will never be afraid of having a c-section again. Kudos to HH for continuing to put patient care first during this crisis!

Check in was easy, but they had not updated information I gave on the previous Pre-test call, the Nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr. Gootjes were great, but when I got home the prescription was never called over. I called HH back and no one seemed to understand Walgreens never got call. I ended up buying over the counter pain meds to alleviate pain from surgery.
Great hospital. I had an outpatient surgery done here and everything went great from start to finish. I had never used this hospital before, nor had I ever had a surgery, and the staff all made me feel very informed and comfortable. I would feel totally confident receiving care here again.
