RecommendedI had the absolute best experience at the birth center. I was lucky to have the same nurse (Stephanie Ochoa) from check-in to birth. She was so fantastic!! She was sweet, supportive, encouraging, and made my entire labor process so much better. All the other nurses, phlebotomist, surgery staff, housekeeping, doctors, everyone was amazing. I truly had the best experience.
Nope nope nope ... snotty nurses and staff and just make things worse and you wait there forever because they all want to just talk and laugh with each other instead of actually caring for patients and would rather be on their phones

Recommended RecommendedAfter having our daughter at 34 weeks due to me having severe pre eclampsia, she had to stay in their NICU (special care) for 10 days. As a first time mom in the middle of COVID-19, I was more than an emotional wreck! Elaina’s nurses were angels. I can not thank them enough for what they did for our family. It seems impossible to leave your newborn alone with strangers and trust that they will care for her to the best of their abilities - but they far exceeded my expectations! Recommendedeverything, first so very careful with this covid thing going on. I'm waiting for discharge. I had a routine hysterectomy yesterday. everything was clean and being cleaned all the time. Social distanced marked and respected through out. I loved everyone involved, you all do fine work. Thank you for everything.
