When Dr.Kempf left the service and the bedside manner went down hill. Dr.Veil was an awful addition to the practice. He lacks any compassion and common sense. I will never go back to this practice. Very disappointed
Dr Kempt was so great I’m really sorry he retired. I do no recommend Dr Veal he does not care about patients
My family and I have been going to Dr. Kempf for 34 years. Now I go to Dr. Viel because of insurance purposes. The care is great. I love that if I’m sick I can get seen on the same day. They have after hours and week on call doctors that you can call and get a consult if a medical issue arises.
You wait forever here and when they need to call you for a follow up, they never do.
