0/10 do not recommend. Told me they would send me my prescription...never did and are now refusing to send it because it is expired. They are holding onto all of my medical information because they want to keep the money there instead of me taking my business elsewhere. Do not go here or trust them.

We regret to hear of the frustration with your current problem. While we do sympathize with your problem of your expired glasses prescription, we are bound within the current codes/laws of PA. PA law 49, Code 23.72 clearly states glasses prescriptions are valid for 2 years and contact lens prescriptions are valid for 1 year. Dispensing expired prescriptions is in violation of the laws. Purchased prescription sunglasses about a year and a half ago. Went back multiple times to have them adjusted and they never fixed them. They hurt behind my ears so bad and were falling off my face. I have an upcoming vacation, so I ended up going to Walmart and purchasing another pair. When I went to pick up my new sunglasses, I brought my old ones in to see if they could help me.
