I have used this dentist service for several years and the have always called and or texted me a day or two before my appointment to remind me when it is. They didn't do that for my last appointment, they texted me 45 minutes before I was supposed to be there and I didn't see the text. I received a $75 bill because I missed the appointment due to their negligence. Time to find a new dentist!!!
I've typically had good service here over the years, so they were my first call when I called about a chipped tooth —to my surprise, they wouldn't see me without "re-establishing a plan of dental care." Yes, it's been two years since a regular visit as we don't have dental insurance, I have a solid dental history, and we've chosen to care for our family's needs in this time. I didn't expect to be turned away from the office I counted as "my dentist." 2/5 stars for lack of continual, holistic, compassionate care.
I am 80 years old. There was no such thing as shots for pain, hence I have always been hesitant to have anything to do with dentists. I have finally found a dentist that is so in tune with my fears that a two hour procedure for tooth extraction and permanent bridge was pain free. She is so aware of your feelings. I am so happy to have found her.
If i could get my teeth cleaned every day here, i would. It was my first time visiting a dentist in a couple years and Dr. Morin and her team made me feel very welcome. All of her staff from the front desk, her hygienists and students, and herself included are all extremely friendly and kind. Made my teeth feel great with minimal discomfort (that can be expected of any dental cleaning) and without shame of the state they were previously in. Definitely recommend them!!
About 3 months ago I had my 1st dental visit in 20 years! Dr Morin and her staff were oh so friendly! They made it so easy on me. Yesterday I had a visit where I needed a couple fillings and Dr Morin filled a gap i developed on 1 tooth between my tooth and my gum line. It was 100% pain free and I can now smile wider without that embarrassing gap! I can't thank these people enough for what they've done for me in just 2 visits!
