Excellent service offering simple access to downtown
Horrible experience. Was there at 6:30 pm to pick up car, unable to get into parking garage. Number listed to call after hours for access no one answered. Was there for over an hour trying to get into the building calling the number multiple times. Luckily someone who was closing a store in the building let us in, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to get our car back tonight. Completely unacceptable and then had to pay $10 after all this to exit after parking for 3 hours. Do not park here after hours!!
Too expensive $14 a day and hard to find a spot and when you pay they don’t give a receipt..
