I was charged $600 for simple taxes. Standard deduction, nothing itemized. I thought I would try a cpa instead of doing them elsewhere but big mistake. No response after initial submission for 2 months! Then no answers to calls. The “secured” file upload site is buggy and looks like it was created in 1994. Their emails go to spam, and here’s the funny part, they know their emails go to spam yet, Dean can’t be bothered to pick up the phone. I asked about charges many times but was told I’d get a bill.
