Avoid this place. Ordered a Mother's Day gift from Holland Bulb--before the holiday cutoff and I made sure to pick something in stock. The next day, I received an email from them saying it had been shipped via UPS. I later learned that the package was NEVER given to UPS. Nothing ever arrived. Their Customer Service is terrible. It was obviously their mistake, but they repeatedly tried to blame the shipper. The agent I spoke with talked in circles; took forever. i bought a package of '3 Cactus Dahlias: Purple Gems' from Menards. planted them as directed - only 2 of them grew. the 2 that grew were NOT even the kind of dahlias on the package. the photos i attached here make it very obvious. and i'll explain the differences in more detail below. ~ one plant flowered quite a bit, but was very awkward-looking overall, and many of the flowers were mutated (just a few petals, wouldn't fully open...). it only grew to 24" tall (not 48" as advertised). it had very small flowers (at the larges... read more

Handsdown the worst experience I have ever had with a company. received an order and instead of trying to figure it out or make it right I dealt with a NASTY Customer Service Mgr. Katie S. - I would never do business here and recommend that you look elsewhere as well.
