This place is small not good for 150+ guests. Single stall restrooms for both men and women. Parking is terrible there is room for maybe 25-30 cars but there is no concrete sidewalk in the parking lot. The venue is a barn, the A/C is a joke there is 4 ceiling fans around the barn, and a single A/C unit blower in the middle on one side and unless your 5-10 feet away from the blower you will not cool off at all. Last month we celebrated our wedding at Holland barn venue. Hands-down, this is the most beautiful wedding venue in Northwest Arkansas. We had an outdoor wedding outside the chapel that overlooked the fields. The tree line surrounding the property make it look like a private and perfect retreat! After the ceremony we went inside into the reception area, which is climate controlled, and we had our party to culminate the best day of our lives with my wife.
