Nurse & Doctor Harper were excellent!
Got right in, was under the impression I'd be talking with the surgeon today. Now we have to return to talk to the surgeon. Seems like this should have been handled before my appointment.
Techs and Doc explained everything and answered all my questions. I was able to watch my procedure. Kind, and very professional.
