We (Kitty and I) interacted with techs, a vet md (Rebecca C.) front desk/telephone and email assistance within the experience of what we shall call “our first encounter.” From appointment setting to final care-I got to experience “it all” and all were lovely and timely. After our visit, Ashley our tech, was able to check us out from the room, eliminating the need to stop once more in the lobby. What a relief to zip out and leave happy barking k9s safely inside. Thank you!
