Please stop deleting reviews you don’t like. I signed a lease her mid June 2023. I have been here less that 30 days ( The Promenade in Portage IN) the ink is still pretty much wet on the contract and in less than 30 days living here, You raised my rent. Your business practices need to be re-evaluated. At no time when I signed the contact was I advised that an increase would be hitting me in less than one month. That is extremely deceptive! Feels illegal too! Complaint filed with BBB of IN
