Living at my current community was somewhat pleasant before Holladay started managing. However, since then, it's been a nightmare. No one ever bothers to answer the phone at their district office or in my apartment complex office. Their customer service skills are non-existent. I'm currently trying to move, but they won't provide rental verification info to my new apartment complex (My new complex has called them 4 times and sent 2 emails to no avail).
