I use to work in dermatology. It was all about getting the patient to come back every month. Dr. Topham educated me. Gave me what I needed, told me to give it 2 months and if it doesn't work come back, if it works then great! Don't come back. It's not all about he money with him. I liked that. I'm not rich and I have a high deductible so this means that I don't have to pay what I can't afford. I feel very optimistic that this will work for me.
