My experience was really bad at this place.
The attention was terrible, the doctor was basic and normal. He didn’t pay attention to my problem anyways. Never in my life I go back to this place. His name is: Kevin W Dahle, MD. I’m feel so bad for his attention.
1st I must say, I think Dr. Jana Parker is an amazing doctor. This review is not about quality of care, but lack of customer service. I think doctors offices often forget they are in a “customer service industry.” Today I waited an entire hour for my appointment. When I was brought back, I mentioned my wait time to the nurse and she listened, but ultimately said I should tell Dr. Parker directly because complaints had been brought to her and she says “nothing can be done about it.” Dr Parker is kind, friendly and I trust her... read more
I come here on a monthly basis to take my Xolair shot and excepting the 30 minute wait time after taking the shot, I only have to wait for about 5 minutes to have a nurse call me. All the people working here are amazing, I always have a smooth and pleasant experience, and I come here for shots!
