We had warranty work on our Dimplex electric fireplace done by this company, and their customer service, their courtesy, and the quality of their work were all thoroughly professional.
Had them come repair a Dimplex electric fireplace for us. Communication was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended to anyone who has an issue with their electric fireplace.
This company came to “fix” my mother’s electric fireplace. They charged her $335 cash because they told her it would avoid tax. When they left my mother noted the fireplace still had no heat. She spoke to the owner over the phone he told her that a part was missing and she would have to pay another fee for them to come back out and replace the missing part.
