I’ve been there for 3 years and that’s the longest I’ve been at the same gym. The community is amazing and the trainers are just fab 👌 there is no other gym that can offer that big variety of classes under one roof. Extra shout out to Carla and Sarah.. superstars
Have not found a better place to train and I have looked everywhere! I started going to Holixir in 2020 and I moved 3 times since (Balgowlah to Davidson, then to Mosman and now in Cremorne). Life got really hard and I put the membership on hold for a while. I looked around my new homes to find a similar gym. Safe to say I did not find any gym that came close and I tried many. Corinne did such a great Friday morning class! Clear instructions, great playlist and I felt like I’d worked really hard! Loved it.
I love the strength and tone class! All the instructors are friendly, helpful and make sure to help you correct your positioning when using weights. I’m very much a beginner and felt very supported.
Excellent instructors that focus on form and function to reduce injuries and maximise benefits. Love the vibe, love the classes, love Holixir!
