After five classes i can already feel and see changes in my body. The team are amazing and it's such a safe space for women. I'm hooked !!
The reformer athletica (Pilates) class was awesome! Really demanding with a great mix of strength and cardio. The instructor was lovely and super attentive too.
Amazing place! Everything is so nice and luxurious, and the trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable! (And work you hard! Haha) For a commitmentphobe like me to sign up to a year membership must really mean something! Best health and wellness place I’ve been go by far!
I’ve had a few classes now at Holixer and I’m really enjoying reformer pilates. I’ve had one yin yoga class and loved it and have booked in for another one. The different instructors bring their own unique teaching styles which makes for variety in the classes.
