Dr. Ojo is wonderful, however, her staff is bad. I have had many appointments cancelled by them for one reason or another for the past several months. Dr. Ojo has been told I have cancelled them. I have not. The staff DOES NOT listen to you at all. I am out of meds, her staff is aware and still continue to cancel appointments via text with no explanation.
I have been working with Dr. Ojo for almost 3 years! She is the first medication provider I have had that has truly listened to my needs as her patient and consistently checked in on me between appointments. This has been a long journey for me but I have always felt supported and hopeful!
I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided for my son and I by Dr. Ojo. She is an exemplary physician, exhibiting remarkable attentiveness, compassion, and flexibility. Moreover, her administrative team consistently demonstrates responsiveness and promptly returns calls. Thank you Dr Ojo!
