I went to see Evie after having my baby and being frustrated with my weight and pre-menstrual symptoms. I love her approach because it’s not overly complicated to follow the eating plan or the workout plan, but both are very effective. Everything is specific to you and your goals, and I got the results I wanted and beyond what I expected. I not only saw physical changes in my body but my mental health drastically changed for the better.
