Holistically Restored has had a major positive impact on my health. Evie is kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She is a compassionate coach and I’m so satisfied with my results! I’ve lost 20lbs in 3 months and feel more confident in my ability to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. James was also a good resource and found exercises that met me where I was at. Chemo and radiation destroyed my gut health and threw me into early menopause. Shortly thereafter I lost my precious husband to Covid, becoming a widow and single mother to small children. I’m so glad I decided to work with Evie! She’s a great coach—very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made sure that I understood WHY I was making the changes that I was and tailored a plan specifically for me and what I wanted to focus on.
