Whoever answers their phones was not very helpful, or aware of services provided, and lacks knowledge of basic healthcare. My initial visit was decent, although over an hour late and, yet again, front desk staff had no idea what was going on. The provider was not encouraging, unorganized (typos in the food list, unclear food recs., unclear scale recs.), and inattentive. The information and advice given to me was actively harmful and dangerous. I was told that migraines were caused by parasites, and that sunscreen was dangerous. Do not trust.
If you’re considering this place PLEASE CONSIDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people are money hungry and don’t really care about your health AT ALL ! I picked this place because it was holistic and Dawn Willam’s was the doctor I chose. My first appointment she told me she knew NOTHING about natural medicine! Dr Russell listen and suggust great resources for getting healthier. All of the staff were also friendly. Very comfortable environment
