Such a wonderful experience with Paula. She was so welcoming, made me feel at ease straight away. The massage was heavenly!! Really helped me relax and just take an hour for myself. I booked the c-section initial assessment, therapy and treatment at nine months postpartum and wish I'd booked it sooner. Paula's space is so inviting and calm, the perfect escape for any new parent! Amazing reflexology ❤️. I’ve been seeing Paula for a few years now and I can’t rate her highly enough. As a Chiropractor, Paula is also my ‘go to’ massage/reflexology for my pregnant patients (for pre and post natal care). She is highly skilled, professional and passionate about nurturing her clients within a warm relaxing environment.
I recently visited for a postnatal massage. Paula’s therapy room is fully stocked with an array of aromatherapy oils and creams and lots of beautiful healing crystals. At the beginning of the treatment Paula gave me a consultation which informed my massage. The massage itself was incredible, the first time I’ve relaxed in over a year. I highly recommend Paula, she is very professional and knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely return in the future.
The whole process was brilliant. Paula is very thorough beforehand and gives information on what to expect e.g parking, what to wear etc. The treatment itself was fantastic. I've never felt so relaxed. Paula was so welcoming and the room was so calming. I loved the use of the essential oils and I've come away feeling so relaxed, less tense and calmer. Would highly recommend and can't wait to buy gift vouchers for everyone I know 😅
