I recently visited for a postnatal massage. Paula’s therapy room is fully stocked with an array of aromatherapy oils and creams and lots of beautiful healing crystals. At the beginning of the treatment Paula gave me a consultation which informed my massage. The massage itself was incredible, the first time I’ve relaxed in over a year. I highly recommend Paula, she is very professional and knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely return in the future.

The whole process was brilliant. Paula is very thorough beforehand and gives information on what to expect e.g parking, what to wear etc. The treatment itself was fantastic. I've never felt so relaxed. Paula was so welcoming and the room was so calming. I loved the use of the essential oils and I've come away feeling so relaxed, less tense and calmer. Would highly recommend and can't wait to buy gift vouchers for everyone I know 😅

It was my first time having a postnatal massage and I was feeling quite nervous, however, I found lots of helpful information on Paula’s website prior to the appointment which made me feel a lot better! I instantly felt welcomed by Paula and she made sure to check in depth of what my needs were and I felt reassured by her knowledge. The room was also very beautiful and comfortable. I would highly recommend her services.

Following mastectomy I was wanting help and reassurance with the scar. Paula put me at my ease immediately………….explaining what she could do and how she could ease the tightness. She then proceeded to massage very gently with a mixture of oils. I was warm and comfortable and felt so much better at the end. Two days on and I feel much more comfortable and will be going back for another session in the New Year thank you Paula
