I was referred to Vian after a T12 compression fracture at 65 yr old. It was both a mentally and physically challenging time. After my initial session with Vian he made me feel like I was going to be OK and with his guidance made me feel positive that I would get through this and the painwould get better. Iv never done this type of exercise before, but his encouragement was all I needed to do it, and now I am feeling quite good. Thanks Vian you were just the positivity I needed
