After an injury, I'd been suffering from lower back and hip pain for about 7 years. Along the way, I'd been to several physical therapists and chiropractors. It wasn't until I came to see Blair Arceo that I received a thorough diagnosis as to the conditions that were keeping me in pain and the exercises, stretches, and treatments that have alleviated it. I can't recommend Holistic Physical Therapy & Yoga highly enough.
I rely on Blair and the other expert therapists at Holistic PT to keep my body in tune. I have various injuries that they have helped me overcome and be free of pain. I highly recommend them!
When I first came to Holistic, my spine needed serious readjustment as I hadn't been able to sit upright for a year. After a quick evaluation by Megan, I was promptly treated and my back pain largely subsided. They are the best! Thank you Holistic!
Megan and the team at HPT are really amazing! I have seen them for various injuries and aches and have always left feeling better, with less pain, and ideas about how to prevent the injury from happening again. Everyone there is warm and friendly, the space is peaceful, and they take insurance/medicare! I highly recommend you check them out.
Megan is professional and takes the time to completely understand the problem, then treats you with care and creativity. The surroundings are quiet and calm. Therapists and patients alike are personable and pleasant. I recommend Holistic PT highly!
