Knee and hip pain was an 8 to 9 out of 10 most days. Throw in the sore lower back and movement was difficult. I’ve been receiving ongoing therapy and over time my pain numbers are down between one and three and I’m not even considering the partial knee replacement the doctor suggested. I highly recommend Holistic Physical Therapy. Janev is extremely knowledgeable and caring, taking a whole-body approach to treatment. The exercises she prescribed are ones I can do at home easily, and they really helped my problem. Being able to access them through an app is a huge bonus for me.
I was a client of Janev's at Holistic Physical Therapy and found her very easy to work with. She was reachable by phone or email and if she didn't have the answer off the top of her head, she would research the subject and let me know. Janev is a kind person and cares about her patients. The exercises she provided helped me.
Holistic Physical Therapy is the place to go if you want a more personal one on one session. Janev is extremely detailed oriented and knowledgeable. My shoulder is probably 80-90% better than when I first began my treatments. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable about how the body works and helps you to understand how to feel better and use your muscles properly to benefit your needs best. I highly recommend her.
