Very kind and caring, and knowledgeable staff. Prices/cost was disclosed prior to anything being done, and they let me make the decision on whether I wanted them to still do a treatment on my cat even though they didn't find anything concerning. Really great first visit and best vet visit I've ever had.
TL;DR - Misleading “holistic” label—dismissed a correct panosteitis diagnosis, pushed antibiotics and flea/tick preventatives, and recommended unnecessary treatment. Another vet confirmed they were wrong. If you’re looking for truly holistic or natural veterinary care, this is not the place. Amazing place for bring your fur babies!! So glad I found them... they took in my baby instantly and take care of him.! So glad I found them ♡
The vet assistant Emily was supper nice and thoughtful, my cats loved her. The vet, Im sorry I cannot remember his name, was also very kind and thorough. I really appreciate that this clinic has a separate room just for cats that has a litter box and cat trees
