I visited the facility in Spring Valley and was charged a copayment, as I was informed they were within my insurance network. However, after six months, my insurance company is now stating that they are not in-network and is billing me nearly $2,000 for a screening Pap smear. Unknowable staff!!! I booked my appointments months ago and they said they accepted my insurance just so I can take time off from work go there and then they tell me they don’t take my insurance!!! How do you train people?!

I have been a patient of Paola Escobar for the past 12 years. She is the truth definition of what a Midwife should be. Her knowledgable, empathetic, and advocacy for women and babies makes her an amazing medical professional. I will always be thankful and grateful for all her medical help and guidance during two of my pregnancies & deliveries. And now in a different stage of life. The same goes for the rest of her staff. They are welcoming and understanding. Thank you, Paola for all your help these past years.
