Unknowable staff!!! I booked my appointments months ago and they said they accepted my insurance just so I can take time off from work go there and then they tell me they don’t take my insurance!!! How do you train people?!
I have been a patient of Paola Escobar for the past 12 years. She is the truth definition of what a Midwife should be. Her knowledgable, empathetic, and advocacy for women and babies makes her an amazing medical professional. I will always be thankful and grateful for all her medical help and guidance during two of my pregnancies & deliveries. And now in a different stage of life. The same goes for the rest of her staff. They are welcoming and understanding. Thank you, Paola for all your help these past years.
I had a good experience with 1 of the front desk staff in person she was an older woman very nice lady —she was very kind and welcoming. However, the communication over the phone could really use improvement. When I called to follow up about a medication after my appointment, the interaction felt unpleasant and unprofessional. I understand that medical offices are busy, but patients deserve clear and respectful communication when they are calling about their care.
