If you are looking for more than a run-of-the-mill massage, Mayumi is someone you should take the time to visit. In my 3 treatments, she has drawn on a number of modalities and she's a really cool human. I'll keep visiting, and I now have my daughter seeing her for rolfing treatments.

Rolfing came highly recommended by many people before trying it, and Mayumi was routinely being suggested. After doing a full rolfing program, I discovered that I was compensating so much for chronic shoulder and back issues. The biggest shift was in my shoulder, which I could not trust to perform properly and resulted in the rest of my body compensating (leading to various other issues).
