I’ve had shoulder and neck pain for years and after one treatment with Julie Lavoie my pain was gone. She uses multiple techniques to relieve your body of tension, including a red light table while you’re having a massage which is an added benefit. In addition, Julie is very personable and we have great conversations about overall health and wellbeing. She has provided me with excellent advice and resources to assist me on my wellness journey.
