Rachel is amazing! She helped me so much and made me feel so comfortable. I have some back issues from a car accident, and she knew exactly what to do and how to take care of my pain properly.
I have dealt with musculoskeletal pain for over 20 years and have seen many different massage therapists across multiple moves. I'm so thankful to have found Rachel! She knows how to really find the areas that need attention and apply the perfect amount of pressure to make an impact.
I highly recommend Rachel Dahl for massage therapy. Her training as a PTA and as a massage therapist is exceptional. She has successfully improved the motion of my neck and decreased pain. My cervical spine has many arthritic changes and long standing tightness of neck muscles due to this. She is very careful and professional in all that she does.
I had never had a massage before and needed to get Lymphatic Drainage Massages. Rachel took the time to explain what she was going to do and why. She also told me how I can do this at home to help between my massages with her. I noticed a big difference after my first massage!
Rachel is a magician! I struggle with chronically tight hips and calves, and after a few sessions I've experienced more relief than I've ever felt in over a decade of receiving massage therapy. She listens to what I need, always seems to hone in on the right spots, and has a wonderful knack for finding the right level of pressure. Highly recommended.
