Thalita was absolutely exceptional. I honestly never thought having a doula would make such a big difference, but she completely changed my birth experience. From our meeting before the birth, she made me feel informed, supported and confident. On the day, she was just amazing ❤️ calm, professional, caring and so sweet. I truly have no words to describe how grateful I am for her support. I would totally recommend Thalita to anyone looking for a doula, and without a doubt, I would have her by my side again.
I can’t recommend Thalita enough—she’s amazing and made such a big difference throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I learned so much from her about the changes in my body during pregnancy, the stages of labour, birth planning, and even yoga. She also shared heaps of knowledge with my husband, like breathing techniques, massage, and positive affirmations, which were incredibly helpful. Thalita was amazing. You can tell she really understands the pregnant body and what it needs. I felt completely at ease the whole time, and she adjusted everything to make sure I was comfortable. The relief in my swollen legs afterwards was huge. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to an appointment with her. 🤍
I had a wonderful experience! She is an incredible professional, very attentive, welcoming, and dedicated. As a doula, massage therapist, and yoga teacher, she conveys calm, security, and great care in every detail. She is simply amazing.
Highly recommend Holistic Mama Centre! I am so grateful that I found Thalita prior to giving birth. Although my birth plans had to change and so did my support / services through Holistic Mama Centre, Thalita was so flexible and understanding and I was still able to fit in two pregnancy massages prior to birth. They were so relaxing and much needed
