Highly recommend Holistic Mama Centre. I did the birth prep workshop with Thalita and found it to be so beneficial! I haven't had our baby yet but I am in such a positive headspace for child birth compared to my first pregnancy thanks to the workshop. Thank you Thalita 💗

Thalita was absolutely exceptional. I honestly never thought having a doula would make such a big difference, but she completely changed my birth experience. From our meeting before the birth, she made me feel informed, supported and confident. On the day, she was just amazing ❤️ calm, professional, caring and so sweet. I truly have no words to describe how grateful I am for her support. I would totally recommend Thalita to anyone looking for a doula, and without a doubt, I would have her by my side again.
I can’t recommend Thalita enough—she’s amazing and made such a big difference throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I learned so much from her about the changes in my body during pregnancy, the stages of labour, birth planning, and even yoga.
