This clinic is really wonderful. I found them when I was pregnant with my 1st child and have been going ever since. I have had acupuncture, massage, physio, chiropractor and more here and all the practitioners I have seen have been kind, gentle and also human! They joke and make you feel comfortable. I am thankful to have found a wonderful clinic and always recommend anyone I know to them. They arent just for prenatal and postnatal care either, I will continue to go here and get treatments with exceptional care.
Eliza provides an amazing offer to every session she leads. She does an amazing job at describing the detail of muscles that should be engaging, the facia and why it is important to feel and listen to our bodies…and making sure we are breathing! I always feel amazing after leaving one of her classes than when I walked in -Every class is different, as she is intuitive to know what is needed for the class. Eliza offers such a personal, caring and supporting connection. I highly recommend her classes.
I had never had an osteopathy massage before, but a friend of mine had seen Dr. Anna and said not only was it the best massage she had had, but Dr. Anna was able to release spots in her shoulders that hadn't been released in over 10 years. I met with Dr. Anna and she was kind and welcoming and explained to me what she would be doing during the assessment. I have been coming to this clinic since 2016 and could not recommend a better place for a massage and other treatments. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the treatment rooms and the prices are unbearable. Sydney is amazing and kind. Not enough good words to say about this clinic.
