My boyfriend and I just took a class with Lana. It was a couple's yoga workshop for Valentines Day. She's a wonderful teacher. With technique and sensitivity, she created a fun, grounding, exploratory class that left us feeling closer to our partner as well as feeling more aware of our bodies.
