Janet helped me to reduce my stress and anxiety with a therapeutic massage. Afterwards, my head felt like it was going to fall of my shoulders because everything was so relaxed… it’s a good thing.

Janet has been super helpful in my preparation and recovery from training for races. She knows how to identify root causes and explains them while helping mitigate pain and putting together a plan for me to keep working on at home. She also uses approaches like cupping which are really helpful in breaking up adhesions and speeding up the process of healing. Looking forward to continuing my work with her!
