Terrific staff- friendly, always available to address any issues. Therapists and nurses are all great, always willing to go out of their way to meet any needs of patients.
If I could give Holostic Home Helath zero stars, I would. Horrible care. Discharged without even telling us. PT therapist would stay for only 20 min. (I will say Calvin the OT and Audrey the ST were very good.) All care coordinators on the phone and other professionals were very difficult to understand and care was nonexistent and incompetant. Nurses aid was supposed to come, they sent her maybe twice only over a couple month span. Just terrible company. Wish I would have known.
Holistic Health has shown that it works with compassion and selfless service to patients in dire need of skilled care.
