I've never stuck with a gym membership until joining Holistic! Such a fun gym that is run by absolute legends. I love the variety of each class and of course the social vibe where all the girls are so friendly and supportive of one another. I have made many new friends, of all ages. I enjoy celebrating their fitness achievements as well as my own and walking out feeling Fierce!

A hidden gem for women on the central coast. I love I can train with a range of classes not feel the pressure of a gym and be myself.
Not just a gym! They provide support, coaching, care and friendship. We go for the sessions but stay for the vibe and tribe that they have created. Love you ladies
Holistic is awesome. The lovely ladies who run it have such positive ethos and values, and whole heartedly support healthy lives, not just healthy bodies. The 9:30 creche is fab for Mums with babies/toddlers.
