He doesn’t answer his phone! Doesn’t return messages! I had a Groupon as a gift and couldn’t ever use it. His voicemail sends you to a website to schedule but if you have a gift certificate or Groupon you can’t use it, you have to pay again! HORRIBLE customer service!!
